         Uncover the core values that empower you to be effective leaders, to consistently do the right things with confidence, and to positively impact your community!
 
This programme is designed around four modules addressing key topics in the areas of: 
 
- Discovering Purpose, Redefining Success
- Developing Greater Interpersonal Effectiveness
- Trust & Integrity: The foundation for relationships 
- Servant Leadership, One Life Impacting Another
 
Each module is conducted in an interactive manner and includes in-depth group discussions with mentors. After the programme, you may also opt to stay in touch with any of the IMPACT mentors and continue to receive guidance. Visit bit.ly/mentorsnov2021 to view the mentors’ profiles.
  
The IMPACT Leadership Mentoring Programme is brought to you by Compass@Campus, a group of experienced business professionals, industry leaders and entrepreneurs who have made it in life and now giving back through pro bono mentoring. Sign up now to get to know them and learn from them!

This is the third run at SUTD and the two previous sessions received overwhelmingly positive feedback from alumnus like yourself. There is no participation fee. All it takes is your time and commitment! Here are the details:
