Ever felt lost at work, undecided on your career directions or just simply wanted to speak to someone who had been through similar journey as you?
Join us at IMPACT, a leadership mentoring programme which enables you to close the gap millennials are concerned about, and more.
IMPACT features 4 modules addressing key topics. Each module is conducted in an interactive manner and includes in-depth group discussions with mentors:
• Discovering Purpose, Redefining Success
• Developing Greater Interpersonal Effectiveness
• Trust & Integrity: the foundation for relationships
• Servant Leadership - One Life Impacting Another
What makes IMPACT different
A key success factor for its effectiveness and popularity is the pool of committed and distinguished mentors who each has decades of working experience in diverse fields across the whole spectrum of business, including banking and finance, healthcare, logistics, property development, consulting, FMCG and the professions. This mentorship programme is brought to you pro bono by Compass@Campus, a group of experienced industry leaders, business executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who will mentor participants throughout the programme.
By registering to participate in this programme, we seek your commitment to stay with us throughout for four Saturday Mornings – 7, 14, 21, 28 March, 9am to 1pm, at SUTD Library Training Room.
